On Sunday, March 8 at 2 pm, WQXR is celebrating International Women’s Day with a concert featuring all-women composers in The Greene Space. Artists include Van Cliburn gold medalist and pianist Olga Kern; tenor Nick Phan singing the works of French composers Nadia and Lili Boulanger; singer Lucy Dhegrae, praised by the New York Times for her “vocal versatility and an omnivorous curiosity”; and the Vuillaume Trio from the Juilliard School’s Honors Chamber Music program, performing a piano trio by Amy Beach. WQXR’s Annie Bergen hosts.
